This Statement of Privacy discloses the privacy practices of A Novel Approach
("ANA") with regard to the entire Web Site.
ANA respects your right to privacy. Any information provided to us during the
membership application process, and any information provided once becoming an ANA Member,
will be held in strictest confidence. We will not sell, loan, give away, or in any other
way provide this information to any third party without your prior written consent. This
includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, address, prose, poetry or
comments.
This Statement of Privacy does not cover illegal activity, and ANA will cooperate fully
with all law enforcement agencies. Use of any part of ANA for illegal or disallowed
activity, including but not limited to, virus storage, distribution or creation, SPAM, or
personal or professional gain, will dissolve this Statement of Privacy.
ANA uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us
secure. However, we are not responsible for any breach of security. ANA also links to a
variety of outside Internet sources, and provides chat services to its members that rely
on technology and programs from other Internet sites. We are not responsible for their
privacy policies or how they treat information about their users.
ANA cannot be responsible for information you submit to a publicly accessible area of
our site, including guest-books or comments in any public forum. If you provide
information to these areas, you acknowledge that ANA cannot protect this information. No
such areas exist in our Members Area, or any password-protected area of our site.
Upon cancellation of membership, ANA deactivates the username and password associated
with the membership according to its Charter. However, your personal information is kept
on file, and is still covered by this Statement of Privacy.
